We would like to introduce you to the Novum team, a group with various roles that contribute to our innovation process. Within our team we have a Strategic Innovation manager, who is responsible for determining the overall innovation strategies and goals. The Innovation Tech Lead examines the technical aspects of our innovation projects. Our Innovations Designers are busy designing and developing new ideas and experiments, while our Innovators in Residence, external talents, assist us and keep us focused on our working methods.
