PGB Wizard

Filling out a care agreement to arrange PGB is a pretty complicated and time-consuming job for many people. Can't we make this a bit easier for both the citizen and the SVB? This was the reason for a so-called 'research sprint'; a week in which research and insights are central.

Step by step only fill in relevant questions, resulting in an error-free healthcare agreement. Win-win with both a happy customer and a happy employee of the PGB team.

After a brief inventory of all parties involved, the conclusion was fairly clear: building! We will be working on a PGB Wizard in the first quarter of 2018 that will make it easier and less error-prone to fill out a healthcare agreement. Together with the municipality of Amstelveen we are developing a new way to answer the questions quickly and easily. The result must be a correct and complete application that is experienced as pleasant for people.
